Kalamazoo, Mich. — Love animals and nature?
Then stop over to Bronson Park to check out some amazing animal topiaries!
Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to venture over to Bronson Park and see some of the animal sculptures for myself. There are a number of diverse animal topiaries that were all planted by Kalamazoo in Bloom located throughout the park! Take a look at some of the fun animals I ran into on my walk through Bronson park! 🙂
The first animal I encountered on my adventure is the biggest sculpture in the park. Standing more than 6 feet tall, this peacock is something that you must see to believe!
The next animal I ran into on my walk through the park was a little monkey, swinging through the branches on a tree.
In addition to a wide range of different animals, the park is filled with some gorgeous flowers. Take a look at some of my favorite buds! 🙂
I also ran into a couple of topiaries “horsing” around during my walk. 😉
There is also an array of smaller critters featured in Bronson park! You have to look closely to spot some of these tiny furry friends!
After finding some of the smaller topiaries, I ran into this crane who was hiding in the grass.
The final animal I saw on my walk through Bronson park was this large moose. I don’t like to play favorites, but if I had to choose I think I would go with the moose!
That wraps up my walk through Bronson park! Hopefully you too can make a trip out and enjoy the animal topiaries while furthering your discovery of Kalamazoo! 🙂
