Kalamazoo, Mich.– Planning a family reunion can be a lot of work. This good news is you’re not alone – Discover Kalamazoo is here to help!
Discover Kalamazoo is hosting a free family reunion planning seminar 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 19, 2013 at the Discover Kalamazoo office at 141 E. Michigan Avenue in downtown Kalamazoo. Seminar attendees will learn to plan fun family reunions and how the Discover Kalamazoo team can help every step of the way.
In addition to event-planning services, Discover Kalamazoo also can provide families with materials to encourage reunion attendance, visitor guides to orient attendees to the area and free souvenirs for reunion attendees.
With the help of the family reunion seminar, Lisa Kukulski, seminar facilitator and Discover Kalamazoo’s destination services manager, said planning should be much more stress-free.
“You don’t need to be a professional event planner to host the perfect family reunion here,” Kukulski said.
Greg Ayers, president of Discover Kalamazoo, noted that with so much to see and do, Kalamazoo is the “perfect” place for families to reunite.
“We understand that a successful family reunion requires a combination of a great destination and knowledgeable people to help with the planning,” Ayers said. “Our team offers exceptional reunion planning service to help groups discover the very best of our region.”
Space for the seminar is limited. Anyone interested in attending should call Lisa Kukulski at (269) 488-0056 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discover Kalamazoo markets and sells the destination as a distinctive visitor experience to positively impact the county’s economy.
