The Kalamazoo Convention & Visitors
Bureau would be happy to help you plan your
class, family or military reunion in Kalamazoo
County. We can provide you with the following
services:
- Program Planning Assistance: We have the knowledge and resources to help you
create a memorable event.
- Attendance Building: A
complimentary “attendance
builder” is available and can be included in your mailings to
attendees.
- Housing: Assist with securing hotel room blocks and special group rates.
- Publicity: Assistance with writing and/or distributing
media releases. Provide photos, and media
lists and work with local and specialty media
to promote
your event.
- Registration Assistance: Provide registration
assistance along with Welcome Booth that
includes local maps and brochures of Kalamazoo.
- Name Badges: Develop nametags
for reunion
attendees.
- Step-On Guide: We can provide
you with a step-on guide for those who
have arranged for motor coach
transportation.
This guide can provide
you with
a city tour
and assist with getting your group to all of your destinations.
Class & Family Reunions

your reunion. Perhaps some of your guests
will need overnight rooms or maybe you have
invited families and need a place for
a picnic or special outing, we can help you

Military Reunions:
Thank you for considering Kalamazoo as the
site for your reunion. We can assist in securing your overnight
rooms, your hospitality room and your banquet facility. We can
help you make your reservations for the local attractions you
would like to include and assist you in reserving a motor coach
to transport your fellow servicemen. We can also provide you
with an opportunity to conduct a site visit.
