personnel to assist with
on-site registration.
Your group may receive a certain number of
complimentary registration hours, based upon

No need to stuff packets, let us set up a hospitality
table at your next meeting location. This
table includes our 12-slotted brochure rack
with information on what to do in the area, along with
visitor maps to get you around town. A
personal visitor professional is available to staff the table as well.

Let us take away the chore of producing name
badges for your event. Our staff will print
your name badges and have them ready on the
day of your event. Badges can be designed
to meet your needs and come complete with
your logo. We can also produce name badges
for on-site registrations. Your organization
will only be charged for the cost of the
badges.

As convention and event participants arrive
via the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International
Airport, all they need to do is look for a
smiling face at the information desk to answer
their questions about the area. The Kalamazoo
Convention & Visitors
Bureau coordinates more than 30 volunteers
to run the information desk at the airport from approximately 9:30
am– 7 pm, seven
days a week. We feel the more accessible
we are to visitors the more comfortable you and your participants will
feel. The volunteers have
been trained to provide detailed information
about the airport, hotels, attractions and restaurants in the area.

Our welcome program is available for city wide conventions
A convention profile outlining details of your group is prepared
and distributed to member restaurants.
Welcome tents will be displayed at partnering restaurants.
For city wide conventions or events that will have attendees
flying in, there will be a sign over the baggage claim welcoming
your group at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport.
