But how will you ever experience them all? A great place to start is the Taste of Kalamazoo, which happens the last weekend in July at Arcadia Creek Festival Place every year .

At “Taste,” you can sample delicious fare from dozens of local restaurants. Discover new restaurants, indulge in old favorites, and try a combination of ethnic, exotic, and local specialties!

Live music also flows all weekend, and has featured everything from country music and Jamaican reggae to the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra and our favorite “American Idol,” Matt Giraud.
