Kalamazoo State Theatre
The historic Kalamazoo State Theatre is one of West Michigan's premier live entertainment venues. Built in 1927 as a vaudeville house and decorated in a Spanish courtyard theme, the theatre's unique atmosphere boasts a ceiling that imitates the night sky with twinkling stars and moving clouds.
Regularly hosting music and comedy stars, the Kalamazoo State Theatre was also selected as a site for HBO and Showtime Comedy Specials. Full technical packages, which include state-of-the-art lighting and sound, are available for special events and meetings.
