The W.K.Kellogg Experimental Forest offers visitors hiking, biking, fishing and other recreational opportunities
W.K. Kellogg Experimental Forest, operated by the MSU Department of Forestry, promotes research, innovation, outreach and education related to sustainable natural resource management. Open to the public during posted hours(April 1-last Sunday in October (daylight savings time): 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Last Monday in October-First Sunday in April: 8:00 a.m. to DUSK). Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, hunting (archery deer: In season), Horseback riding (May 1st - October 15), dog walking (on-leash), picnics, and other recreational opportunities.
