Things to Do

During your stay in Kalamazoo, you will want to stop by a few places where you can splurge on your best friend. Dog Daze in Texas Corners, MI is the perfect place to get specialty treats and chews, durable and adorable toys, enrichment food bowls, and delicious food toppers. Another stop to add, Beowoof Provisions for Pets, located on the Kalamazoo Mall, is the perfect spot to pamper your pet. Pick out a new toy, treat, and any essential item you may have misplaced during your travel. On top of all that, Beowoof also provides grooming services, so your pet will never be out of style.

Of course, your pet will need to burn off some energy during their stay, and Kalamazoo County has some amazing places to do just that!  You and your furry friend can experience the beauty of nature at Al Sabo Land Preserve, the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail, Asylum Lake Preserve, and Prairie View County Park. These dog-friendly attractions encourage you and your pet to embrace the natural beauty of Kalamazoo.

If you find your pet needs to burn off some more energy, we have some wonderful options for you. Meadow Run Dog Park, Fairmount Dog Park, and the Bark Park are some of the great places to let your dog run wild and get their energy out.
