Gilmore Car Museum
Exhibits range from the early cars of the 1890s, to the fabulous Duesenbergs and Hudsons, Classics of the '40s, '50s and '60s to the vintage Franklin dealership and the largest gallery ever dedicated to the Model A Ford. Also featured is the Dust Bowl & Great Migration vehicles of the '20s and '30s, the elusive 1948 Tucker, vintage Pedal Cars, Disney's "Gnome-Mobile" movie studio, and much, much more. Eat lunch in our authentic 1941 Blue Moon Diner and check out the authentic re-creation of a 1930s Shell Gas Station, where gas is always 18 cents a gallon.
The Heritage Center and connecting galleries (displaying over 250 vehicles) are OPEN YEAR AROUND. The Historic Campus and Grounds, which includes multiple partner museums and additional exhibits from the Gilmore Car Museum's collection is open April 1 - November 30. The Museum is closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. For more information and to plan your visit today, visit www.GilmoreCarMuseum.org.
