The great outdoors - it's your time to shine
Between social distancing and keeping our families on house arrest, it's inevitable that some of us will start to feel a bit of cabin fever. Luckily, outdoor exercise and solo sports are being encouraged. Use this resource as a guide for when you need to get outside, get some vitamin D and sweat it out.
Despite the 2020 K-Town Shakedown being cancelled due to COVID-19, the Kalamazoo Derby Darlins are still selling merchandise! This event is a contributes financially to KDD, and any merchandise purchased will go towards supporting this wonderful local organization.
